Refunds and Return Policy

Subject to the terms and conditions in this Refund and Return Policy and the Terms of Service, User may apply for refund of the purchased products (“product”).
GiftnPay Disputes Solution is a service provided by GiftnPay, on User’s request, to assist User in dealing with certain conflicts which may arise during the course of a transaction. User may approach GiftnPay Disputes Solution to assist them in overcoming any dispute prior, during or after using GiftnPay.
1. Digital products
Since our sites offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website. Please make sure that you've carefully read product description before making a purchase.
2. Application for the Return of an Item
Customer may only apply for refund and/or return of the product in the following circumstances:
● The product has not been received by User;
● The product received by User are defect to User;
● The product received by User are different from the description in the listing of the products;
● Unauthorised purchase was made;
● Duplicate Transaction was made; or
● The purchase has been charged incorrect amount of User.
Customer application must be submitted via GiftnPay Contact Us form or by sending email.GiftnPay will review each User’s application on a case-by-case basis and, in its sole discretion, determine whether User’s application is successful.
3. Condition of Returning Item
In-order to enjoy a hassle-free experience when returning the products, User should ensure that the Product must be returned to GiftnPay in the condition received by Customer on purchase. If the purchased product is gift card, it shall not be used regardless in any circumstances to process the refund.
